  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Buyer assumes all responsibility for any Custom Duties and Taxes. All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail Express International Flat Rate. This includes tracking and insurance up to $200.00. If your total amount exceeds $200.00 it is the Buyer's responsibility to purchase the appropriate additional insurance which can be found in the store. Insurance will only cover a shipment which does not show a delivery confirmation. Seller is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I ship within 3 - 5 business days of receiving an order.

    For Domestic United States shipping, including Free Shipping promotions: I ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority which is 1-3 business days. All shipments come with a tracking number and $50.00 insurance. If your total amount exceeds $50.00 it is the Buyer's responsibility to purchase the appropriate additional insurance which can be found in the store. Insurance will only cover a shipment which does not show a delivery confirmation. Seller is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    For International shipping: I ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Express International which is 3-5 business days. All shipments come with a tracking number and $200.00 insurance.   • Can you replicate any of your pieces?

    Many of my pieces are one of a kind. If you are interested in an item that has sold, contact me so we can discuss available options.

  • How do I take care of my piece?

    For daily perspiration, oils, dirt, etc. simply wash in luke warm water with a mild detergent, this includes horse hair jewelry. Do not use cream rinse on horse hair jewelry. Strands of hair will break from time to time, just simply snip the broke hair off taking care not to snip unbroken hair. I find dawn works just fine. Allow the piece to completely dry before storing.

    I enclose an anti-tarnish bag for you to store your piece in when you are not wearing it but should your silver tarnish you can use a jewelry cloth, a non-abrasive toothpaste, or a paste made from dish soap and baking soda to remove any tarnish. DO NOT use any chemical tarnish remover as it may damage the crystals.

    For horsehair jewelry, use a mild shampoo to clean your piece and allow to completely dry. DO NOT use cream rinse. Although the silver beads and end caps are sterling silver, they have been antiqued and should be tarnish resistant. If they do tarnish, you may use the above options for cleaning them. For broken hairs, simply snip them off.

  • How accurate are your sizes and photographs?

    Descriptions are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as close to the actual length as possible, but figure on +/- 1/2" variance. All photographs are as accurate as possible but please allow for the color differences on individual monitors.
